Bright Heart Circus Spectacular!

After many years of coworking and friendship, Kendall Rae and Allie T. are formally joining forces to present a brand new display of joyful movement at the 2023 Portland Winter Light Festival. We are elated to bedazzle you with our signature stack of LED hoops, synchronized glowing flow, and some special surprises!

About Kendall:
Returning for her 3rd year at the Portland Winter Light Festival, Kendall Rae is excited to harness the light of stars with all of you! Kendall is a multidisciplinary performance artist who offers engaging and lighthearted circus entertainment. She is best known for her high energy multi hoop skills, and also offers fire performance, stilt walking, character performance, and themed childrens shows. For those who want to become part of the action, Kendall also teaches hoop classes in the Portland area. For info on classes, follow her social media at @brightheartcircus and @hoopwithkendall.

About Allie:
Allie T. is a professional variety entertainer living and working out of the PNW, her specialties include fire dance, LED glow performance, tarot reading, and more. She has participated in each PDXWLF as a performance artist since the festival’s inaugural year in 2016, making this her 8th PDXWLF! This year she brings with her to the festival the title of 2022 Fire Entertainer of the Year Competition! She is ecstatic to be working with Bright Heart Circus in 2023 to share her signature bright sparkling energy to this very special event, and beyond!
